Leak Detection, Analysis, and Repair
Does your pool leak? Many do.  If you are adding more than an inch a week with your garden hose, then there's a good chance you're losing water . . . and money.  Some leaks are tricky, others are very easy to find and repair once you know where to look.  We utilize both simple "old school" techniques as well as pressure testing, Geo-phones, and underwater dye testing,  scuba diving to locate, isolate, and resolve your leak.
Leak analysis typically involves multiple visits and follows our standard protocol as listed below:

Included in the initial $600 fee is the following:
Initial pool visit and interview with pool owner
Bucket test to determine scope of leak
Dye test around pool fixtures and structural junctions
Equipment evaluation to isolate any potential leaks
Pressure test skimmer lines, cleaner line, wall returns, spa returns, and spa drains (as appropriate).
Perform any repairs with labor and shop supplies up to a limit of 3 total hours of labor or 6 service trips (including check-ups).
Provide an evaluation to the owner along with an estimate of further work or repair as necessary.
