Maintenance Program
Pool Maintenance Service $110 per week* (*including chemicals for pools up to 30,000 gallons)
• Visit pool on a weekly basis w/ followup or quick secondary visits provided as needed at no additional cost
• Blow off deck area around swimming pool
• Net surface of swimming pool
• Clean swimming pool
• Clean skimmer baskets, Polaris bag and wall strainer
• Clean pump strainer basket
• Clean filter as appropriate
• Check timer settings and adjust as necessary.
• Check and analyze water chemistry for Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Cyanuric Acid
• Add appropriate chlorine, algicide, water clarifier, and balancing chemicals to maintain proper water balance
• Leave service form or email with Owner along with any recommendations for future service or repairs.
Other important features of this program:
Travel time is included and there are no fuel or trip charges.
All chemicals are included and we provide these at each visit. You don't have to store chemicals on your property!
We do not lock you into a long term summer contract. You can start or stop service and not worry about any penalties or fees.
