•Remove fold and store your mesh pool cover in pre-determined area
•Reset cover anchors back into deck or remove and store near equipment
•Blow off leaves and debris from surrounding deck
•Remove winter plugs and store in Ziploc bag in equipment area
•Install deck equipment as necessary including hand rails, skimmer baskets, ladders and diving board
•Re-install equipment freeze protection plugs
•Inspect pool equipment
•Prime pump and start-up equipment
•Check system operation
•Install automatic cleaner into pool
•Perform heater inspection start-up * (* no repairs or maintenance provided)
•Set pool timer(s) as designated by Owner
•Check operation of automatic cover and advise Owner as to operation
•Leave service form or email for Owner
Full Opening with Initial Vacuuming $425
•All the services listed in the "Basic" package above
•Check water chemistry and add initial dose of chlorine and balance pH
•Provide one vacuum-to-waste to remove the silt and debris on pool walls and floor.* (* the initial vacuuming will remove 90 – 95% of visible debris, BUT will not remove 100% and an additional cleaning is likely in order to have your pool ready)
Additional Vacuuming or Maintenance visits related to opening are $95 per visit.
Automatic Cover Yearly Tuneup $315
•Clean cover with vinyl cleaner * (* this will clean your cover and improve its appearance, but will not make an old cover look new)
•Check operation with opening and closing and adjust alignment as necessary.
•Lubricate tracks.
•Lubricate any grease fittings.
•Vacuum out cover box to remove any accumulated leaves and debris at bottom of box, then hose out any remaining debris.
•Check track attachment to coping and re-attach up to 3 anchors. * (* additional work on this items will require a separate service call)
•Any additional labor or parts necessary for the proper operation is in addition to the maintenance cost.
Drain and Clean $600 (up to 30,000 gallons) $750 (up to 50,000 gallons) Cost is IN ADDITION to Opening Package
•Drain pool to street, drain, or area of yard where erosion or harm to grass and plantings is minimized or eliminated.
•Clean and remove debris from pool area
•Pressure wash pool walls and floor
•Provide 1-2 pours of acid to wash interior surfaces of pool * (* - we do not use large amounts of acid and some pool stains do not improve with acid washing).
•Fill pool with Owner’s water supply or coordinate for water delivery. * (* - water delivered to your pool is in addition to the cost of the Drain and Clean service.)
• Owner to turn off the water when it reaches the middle of the tile and then email/call us to start up your pool (included in your Opening Package).
