Pool Winterization $425* (*including chemicals for pools up to 30,000 gallons)
• Lower pool water to approximately 18" below deck level
• Raise cover anchors to winter height and replace any missing anchors (*at additional charge)
• Blow off leaves and debris from surrounding deck
• Clean swimming pool * (*up to 1/2 hour of cleaning time, additional time billed at $75 per hour)
• Remove and store deck equipment as necessary including hand rails, skimmer baskets, ladders and diving board
• Re-install equipment freeze protection plugs
• Add winter chemicals including granular chlorine, chlorine tablets in floaters, 60% winter algicide, and antifreeze to skimmer lines.
• Use air compressor to clear water from equipment and underground plumbing. Remove equipment freeze plugs.
• Install winter rubber plugs in wall fittings and skimmers. Protect skimmer enclosure with antifreeze in water bottles.
• Remove automatic cleaner and store in cover bag OR area designated by Owner.
• Shut off heater gas valve inside heater, pipe valve outside heater and drain pressure switch loop.
• Install pool cover.
• Shut off timers, switches and circuit breakers as appropriate.
• Leave service form or email with Owner along with any recommendations for future service or repairs.
